Dende ā ā95 Civic (R&B) [Listen]
After releasing an EP called Before We Crash in January, up-and-coming vocalist Dende has returned with a new full-length record called '95 Civic. Whereas Before We Crash is full of upbeat, optimistic songs, '95 Civic is laden with melancholy and yearning. The 12-song album charts Dende's internal development after a tumultuous separation.
Elmiene ā El-Mean - EP (R&B) [Listen]
Elmiene's first EP, EL-MEAN (pronounced "el-mean"), has finally been released. Excellent debut work that shows off the potential of this artist, who has much more to show us. It conveys a genuine sense of exposure, like the songwriter wore their emotions on their sleeve. He doesn't just croon about love but about the kinds of topics most people would rather not talk about openly.
Ivan Ave ā All Season Gear (Hip-Hop/R&B) [Listen]
The return of Ivan Ave. There's a lot to think about as you dive into his newest LP, All Season Gear because a lot has happened since we last heard him on a full-length effort. Ivan's fourth solo record is a snapshot of the changing seasons he and his companions have experienced over the past three years.
Valerie Omari ā Closure - EP (R&B) [Listen]
Valerie Omari is back with new music after the triumph of her debut EP, Therefore I Am, which was praised by listeners and reviewers alike. The EP Closure captures the movements and feelings of a relationship's final days. Valerie could turn her anguish and self-discovery into a more excellent knowledge of what was no longer intended for her by combining worldwide cultures.
The Musalini & John Dutch ā Gentleman of Leisure (Hip-Hop) [Listen]
The Musalini released Gentlemen of Leisure after dropping three projects last year with different producers featuring 9th Wonder, Khrysis, and Izzy Hott. The project boasts ten tracks, locked in at thirty minutes, with low-key production and solid features to make it cohesive.
Conway the Machine & Jae Skeese ā Pain Provided Profit (Hip-Hop) [Listen]
Pain Provided Profit is a seven-song release from the joint effort between Conway the Machine and Jae Skeese. The release includes 7xvethegenius, Goosebytheway, and SK Da King as guest appearances. Both Against the Grain and Metallic 5's were critically acclaimed releases from the pair amongst fans before the release of this effort.
